Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully, as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer concerning any service you avail from us. The policy concerning refund and cancellation requests shall be following the clauses as set forth:

TERMS OF REFUND AND CANCELLATION

1. CANCELLATION

1.1. Trial Period Cancellation

During the trial period, customers possess the option to terminate their subscription unconditionally, without incurring any financial obligations.

1.2. Active Subscription Cancellation

If a customer seeks to terminate their subscription prior to its expiration, their account shall be terminated upon the conclusion of the present subscription cycle. There shall be no provision for refund issuance during the remaining period of the subscription.

1.3. Account Access:

Customers will no longer be able to access their accounts once the cancellation request has been executed and the subscription term has come to an end. Before the cancellation becomes effective, it is strongly recommended that customers download and preserve any data that is currently stored in their account.

1.4. Reactivation of Account

Customers who have terminated their subscription possess the option to reinstate their account at their discretion in subsequent instances. Upon being reactivated, users will be able to retrieve their previous data and account configurations.

1.5. Data Retention

The data of cancelled customers will be retained in the database even after the account cancellation. This means that customers can reactivate their accounts and retrieve their old data whenever they choose to do so.

1.6. Data Deletion

Customers are provided with the alternative to solicit the comprehensive removal of their data from the database. In the event of a customer's request for data deletion, the cloud database will proceed to permanently erase the data within a period of 15 days from the date of the request.

2. REFUND

In the event of cessation or termination of the service by the Company, customers shall be eligible for a refund of any remaining, prepaid portion of their subscription that has not been utilized.

3. RESOLUTION PROCESS

Customers should contact the Company’s customer support atcontact@ndtdesk.app to initiate to resolve any disputes.

4. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

4.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate this refund and cancellation policy at any time, with or without prior notice.

4.2. Modifications to the policy will become effective upon posting on the Company’s website or notification to customers.
